Trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) by Monash University. Antonella is a low FODMAP diet expert who is passionate about helping people free themselves from the physical and emotional baggage associated with IBS. She has many years of experience in research at Stanford and has published articles in leading medical journals. She provides private consultations to patients with IBS and continues to work in the field of nutrition research.
