How do I search for specific recipes?
The recipe search page allows you to search just under 2 million recipes. You can use the filter to customize the search. Here is a detailed look at how you can customize the search:

If the search returns no recipes, then it means we currently don’t have any recipes that fit those parameters. We’re building out our recipe database - so please let us know if there is anything specific that you can’t find.
You can also use the search bar to search for specific ingredients in a recipe. Just add a comma to each ingredient. For example pesto, pasta, chicken.
Once you have set and applied your filters, select the recipe you would like and place it in the planner when you would like your client to eat it.

On each recipe card we have included the nutritional information for each recipe per serving. You can see the total and the % of daily value based on (2018) FDA Daily Values (DVs) for adults and children 4 years or older.

We provide details on micronutrients also.

When you’ve select the meal you want to ‘add to planner’. You now need to select where you would like to place the meal in your planner.
First select which day, second select which meal. If you would like to place the meal into multiple days /meals then select ‘Add to list’. If you would like to put the recipe onto one day/meal then select ‘Add’.
Once selected and applied your meals will show up in your clients meal plan.
